Joe, on google maps it is listed as the Chester Center Historic District. Last time we were there we met a resident mountain biking and he said the road is a public way for the tomb. Logging got within 150 feet of the tomb. I would say it was decent logging job I guess but 20 years ago with 35 inch tires on my 4 X 4 I could drive to the tomb, now I would need a log skidder! Sam
