Barry,

I really like these photos, they are very aesthetically pleasing.  it is 
amazing to see the juxtaposition of the the new growth and the remnants of a 
forest fire.  I tried to capture some similar photos the last time I was at 
Yellowstone, but unfortunately the black trunks caused me to overexpose the 
pale flowers growing among them.   I didn't realize the problem until I saw the 
images at a larger scale after I had left the location.
