If you click on the "discussion" link next to the word "dubious" you'll see that someone was complaining that the meters to feet conversion for the Boogerman Pine wasn't quite right. They asked that someone determine which value was correct the right height (meters or feet) and correct the other so the two values agree. If that makes sense. -AJ
