Awesome pictures. It's great having 8 to 10 species of oak here in the Pine 
Barrens. They all have different colors and shades. I love it.

Last week I posted a short note about the nice shades of brown shown by various 
oaks in the autumn.  Here are a few photos from Tionesta Lake, a reservoir 
created by a dam on Tionesta Creek in 1941.  It is located just a couple of 
mile upstream from the point where Tionesta Creek flows into the Allegheny 
River at Tionesta, PA in northwestern PA.  I have not played with the color 
saturation in the images, and my camera is set to normal rather than vivid 
colors.  (I did tweak the contrast slightly.)
