Thank you for visiting the great tree and thanks for attending
Monica's concert. Wistariahurst is a fine location for classical
concerts. She's done quite a few there and will likely do many more.
I expect we both agree that the huge Mt Tom hemlock is one of
New England's special trees. None who have visited it who I am aware
of have gone away unimpressed.
The State has treated it in the past. I hope they continue.
Charlie Burnham treated it initially. With Charlie retiring, I wonder
if anyone will pick up the reins.
