Thanks George. I stitch "by hand" using Photopshop. I'm essentially 
overlaying a series of 4 photos using the Photoshop layers feature and 
doing some selective erasing and brightness adjustments to blend the 
sections together. There is software available that helps with stitching 
and there may be some built-in stitching functionality I haven't 
explored yet in Photoshop.
