Andrew,

way back when, we had a small local caving group we called the Northwestern PA 
Cave Survey.  We put out a few issues of a newsletter.  In on issue we did 
pretty much the same thing looking at the portrayal of caves in cartoons.  My 
cousin Karen, who was around 10 years old at the time, did a report on caves in 
cartoons and I put it in the newsletter.  There was a discussion of Fraggle 
Rock as one example.
