Scott, Perhaps one genetically, but clearly a multitrunk specimen. I agree it is enormous, but I think it should not be compared directly to single trunk specimens. There should be a separate listing for multitrunk specimens and most certainly this would rank.\\

I know it is argued to be more than one tree, but in this case, I think it is one specimen. 31.8 x 107x 161 It is not a pretty tree, but it is massive. One of only two trees breaking the 500 point realm in Pa. The other is a cottonwood. http://www.pabigtrees.com/trees/images/risser%20sycamore%20trunk%201.JPG -- Eastern Native Tree Society http://www.nativetreesociety.org Send email to [email protected] Visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/entstrees?hl=en To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] -- Eastern Native Tree Society http://www.nativetreesociety.org Send email to [email protected] Visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/entstrees?hl=en To unsubscribe send email to [email protected]
