Ed,   On some of the Live Oaks I've done longest limb, but without
climbing the tree they are not exact. Some Live Oak limbs are low
enough to get good measurements. I did it just to get an idea of just
how long they could get. 70-80' limbs are not uncommon on the larger
trees.   Larry
