[ENTS] Joe Norton Tree measuring climb video

Keith did a superb job. I would've liked to have seen more of Bob 
Leverett and less of me but it is very good documentation of a measuring 
climb, even if I did manage the measuring tape "backwards". Will leaves 
the tape reel on the ground and pulls the end up when he's at the top, I 
will be adopting that technique.

The video reminds me of what a privilege it is to collaborate with the 
ENTS and have the opportunity to visit the magnificent pines of MTSF.
