>Minimum qualifications :
>* Minimum posess a D3 degree + 3 years experience or S1 degree in

>* Excellent computer skills, including the ability to experience particulary
>with data-base and spreadsheet.

>B. HR ASSISTANT

>a. Prepare all personnel forms for employee; prepare monthly reporst on
>staffing levels for management use on a regular basis or as required.
>b. Maintain accurate and complete training records for all employees and

>employees; ensure that field office training records are accurately
>maintained and all staff training recorded in an accurate manner.

>2. Recruitment and placement (30%)
>a. Prepare staff contracts accordingly and ensure that staff contracts

>b. Coordinate recruitment, including announcement and proper

>c. Ensure that all new staff receive orientation to WWF Indonesia
