To implement its challenging and strategic programs, the Foundation is looking for highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions: Conservation and Utilization of Biodiversity Program Manager (Code: CU Manager) Will be responsible to develop, manage and implement grant programs that integrate community-based conservation activities with sustainable utilization of natural resources. Qualifications: Master degree (S2) in Biology, Forestry/Marine, Agriculture, or discipline related to biodiversity or ecosystems; At least 5 years working experience in nature conservation, forest management or related field; Ability to manage complex community-based conservation activities/projects involving multi stakeholders; Strong managerial skills and ability to work in a team; Analytical skills and vision in community problems and economic resources; Finance Manager (Code: Fin Manager) Will be responsible to implement financial management of the Foundation, including the planning, managing and controlling all investments and expenses made by the Foundation and evaluating the effective utilization of grants/funds. Qualifications: Bachelor (S1) or Master degree (S2) in Economics or Finance (MBA); At least 7 years working experience in financial management, and accounting in internationally related company/organization; Experience in managing international aid funds will be preferred; Ability to manage funds about Rp. 15 billion per year; Knowledge of investment and capital market; Knowledge of international auditing policies and procedures; Familiar with Tax Regulation for non-profit organization. Assistant Manager for Public Awareness Program (Code: PA Assistant) To assist Public Awareness Program Manager in disseminating biodiversity messages through various actors and approaches for reaching the widest segments of the communities in Indonesia. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) in Biology, Communication or Social Sciences; 3 years working experience in public relations/grantmaking project/donor institution; Report writing skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Good social relations, administrative/organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Assistant Manager for Capacity Building Program (Code: CB Assistant) To assist Capacity Building Program Manager in developing and improving the capacity of the Foundation’s stakeholders in conserving and utilizing biological resources sustainably. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) in Public Administration or Social Sciences; 3 years working experience in education and training/community development/socio-economic research institution; Field experience in a non-profit and non governmental organization will be preferred; Report writing skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Strong organizational/administrative skills and ability to work in a team. Secretary to the Directors (Code: Sec Dir) To provide administrative and communication support to the Directors in leading and managing biodiversity grants and fund raising programs to achieve objectives and mission of the Foundation. Qualifications: Minimum Secretarial Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable Institute/University; At least 6 years working experience as Executive Secretary in internationally related company/organization; Strong communication skills in oral and written English; Ability to work with high accuracy, determination and discipline in administration; Ability to work under pressure. Accountant (Code: Account) To assist Finance Manager in implementing the Foundation’s financial policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) in Accountancy from reputable university; 5 years working experience in accounting, especially in budgeting, analyzing and financial reporting; Experience in an international non-profit organization or donor agencies will be preferred; Understand Tax Regulations. Personnel Staff (Code: Perso) To assist Personnel and General Administration Manager in developing, managing, and implementing the Foundation’s personnel policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) in Management or Social Sciences; 3 years working experience in human resources management; Perform professional level of personnel activities in recruitment, selection, evaluation, pay and benefits; Strong organizational skills and able to work in a team.
