qualified person to fill a vacant position in Palu Field Office :
DEPUTY DIRECTOR (MONITORING AND EVALUATION)
Duties :
She/he will :
1. Assist the Field Director in management of various programs.
2. Cultivate good relationship with government, non-government partners and
communities.
3. Work with other staffs to develop program strategies and workplans;
monitor and document project progress.
4. Conduct training, workshops and meetings as necessary.
5. Responsible for successful implementation of specific assignments
Qualifications :
She/he must :
1. A university degree in relevant field, higher formal education degree is
preferable
2. Experienced in organization and project management as well as community
development activities.
3. Have strong training and communication skills.
4. Have good knowledge in conservation; extensive government network
5. Proficient in verbal and written English
6. Computer literate.
