VACANCY
An international umbrella of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) seeks
Indonesian and non Indonesian applicants to be stationed in its Jakarta
Secretariat for the following positions:
1. Deputy Executive Secretary
Role:
� Planning and coordinating work programs and INFID secretariat budget.
� Manage and develop the institution's capacity, including human resource,
finance and information.
� Monitor and ensures the secretariat's work programs and budget are going
accordingly.
� Ensuring the implementation of the Governing Board's functions.
� Develop and maintain international network with INFID participants.
� Develop a planning, monitoring, evaluation and information system.
� Maintaining and ensuring that the system is being carried out accordingly.
Qualifications:
� Non Indonesian Citizen, English Native Speaker
� Age between 30 - 45
� Experience in succesfull fund raising for non profit organization
� Excellent managerial skills
� Fluent in both written and oral English and
� Ability to speak and write Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage
� Able to work independently as well as in a multinational/multidiscipline
team environment
� Familiar with advocacy programme related to international and Indonesian
policies on development in Indonesia
� At least 5 years experience in non-profit organization
� working experience in funding agencies would be an advantage
2. Program Officer for MDB & ODA Watch
Role:
� Monitor public and private projects and their related policies funded by
Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) and Overseas development Assistance (ODA)
� Develop and empower groups affected by those projects
� Develop substance and other supporting materials for advocacy activities
� Establish and maintain network both national and international, system
and management to support the above activities
� Develop an understanding on the policies and program in MDB (World Bank &
Asian Development Bank) & ODA
� Organize seminar or workshop on advocacy issues carry by the organization
� Develop program and write proposal and report
Qualifications:
� Indonesian Citizen
� Age between 30 - 40
� Experience at least 5 years in a non profit organization
� Strong interest and analytical skills in social, political and economic
issues
� Good managerial skills
� Outstanding skills in Human Relation and lobby
� Able to work independently as well as in a multinational/multidiscipline
team environment
� Possess inquisitive mind and good skill in research
� Outstanding skill in writing both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
� General knowledge on economic policies on development in Indonesia
