COOPERATION IN ENERGY-ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGY Observing the nature of environmental implications and effects of energy technology systems, and considering the dynamics of the energy resources cycle, a set of underlying heuristics for guiding the deployment of environmentally oriented energy technology system is proposed.
