You'd set:

        * CF12-1
        * Auto Exposure Bracketing - on

Then, you'd trigger:

        * Shutter button push 1: mirror goes up
                - wait a 1-30 seconds for camera to settle
        * Shutter button push 2:  "click"

        repeat 3 times

You can also use the 2 or 10 second timer to initiate the miror-up and 
shutter automatically. Then you'd only push the shutter once each time. 
This is handy if you don't have the remote cable switch, since the action 
of pushing the shutter on the body itself causes more shake than the mirror 
going up.

If my shutter speed is fast enough  (> 1/250), I often set the motor-drive 
on. This will take 3 AEB photos in quick succession with one push of the 
shutter. It saves some time.
