You can look at the 190B tripod from Manfrotto/Bogen. It's really good, and
supports a good weight.
You must also choose a head. The 3D head 141RC is just good, or the ballhead
352RC. It's so very expansive and it's very strong. It's hardware to past
yeast with no problem at all. And this tripod can support more than an Elan
IIE with a "light" lens. It's better, if you'll buy a heavier lens, the
tripod can support it with no problem at all !
