After weeks of trial, tribulations, and being out-bidded on several eBay auctions, on a whim I called B&H in New York today to see what the ETA was on the EOS D-30. "They're in stock; would you like one?" came the unexpected response from the friendly salesperson. Gulp. Well, here was my moment of truth! In a rare case of conservatism, I actually pulled my car to the shoulder of the road and stopped. I grabbed my wallet, took a deep breath, and gave him the number. Lo and behold, a couple hours later, I checked the order status using B&H's automated email tracking system, and IT SHIPPED already! Wow, I can't wait! Henry, you guys are the best! By the way, the D-30 is still listed as "In Stock" on B&H's web page. Go get 'em!!
