I already proved first hand that the Sigma 90/2.8
macro is "somewhat" incompatible with the 7e. The
combo operates normally, save for the DOF preview
button, which does nothing with this particular lens.
I love the lens BTW.
I plan on acquiring the 7e myself in the near future,
so the fact that they are performing COMPLIMENTARY
upgrades is good news indeed. Gee, Sigma keeps on
getting better all the time, eh?
