It features a locking battery replacement structure (identical to the MZ2 for the Battery 1) which enables its use without "notching" the battery cover. The power connector on the XZ2 is a 2-conductor 3.5mm (1/8 inch) "headphone" plug and can easily be adapted to any 6-volt power source (Quantum sells such an adapter or you can make your own). The XZ2 module has a 1/2 meter (18 inch) cable. Both XZ2 modules are new-in-the-box.
