Dear Eoser's,
Well, the last photo market of the year was last sunday and I could
finally find a bellows. I found an old FL-version in pretty state for a
few eurobucks (24.8, arround $22) (includes the slide copier adaptor).
It needs a good cleaning though.
I kept on looking for an EOS adaptor. After searching each stand 3
times, I finally found an FD-EOS Adaptor (it was actually more expensive
than the bellows), but it's the version that comes with glas inside
(like a teleconverter) .
The version listed in the EOS brochure doesn't have glass inside. (see
B&H Catalog # CAMLMC)
Now the question is: Should I take the glas out of it? Will it degrade
the image?? I have a dremel and I can make a ring out of it (just like
the other version). Should I ?
Now it's time to make the wired mount! (I just need to find 'the' time)
[BTW, I also found a very old Kodak Ektar 22mm lens for 16mm and a quick
trial with the Bellows on my 50E gave me 12x magnification!!! Now, let's
see what can I do with that power (ironic, isn't it?) :-) :-) ]
Btw2, The EOS mag came with the post of this morning with 2 issues
together (Sept, Dec 2000). I think I'd need some reading time ;-)
Greetings,
Gerard.
