Sorry to take this further off topic but which QR plates do you guys use
over there? We can only get the Bogen type flat top style plates (no lip)
here in Oz. I was reading Art Morris's latest book and noticed the Really
Right Stuff plates which look excellent. I got the catalogue sent over but
it is going to be really pricey to have a clamp and set of plates sent over
here, particularly which the current exchange. With the top line tripods and
heads you are all using I assume that you are using the best plates
available also - are there other brands which are worthwhile looking at??
