Hi everyone,

I have just discovered vignetting on some slides taken with my Sigma
70-200/2.8 EX HSM. It's not nice, I can tell you.

It looks like vignetting is strongest in the 70-90mm range, slight around
100-140mm to disappear completely towards the 200mm point. I'd have to
arrange some detailed tests to tell exactly.

Have any other Sigma users noticed vignetting on this lens? Is it normal?

Please answer. I'd really like to know as I'm going to Germany (NY Camera)
with a friend tomorrow and I thought I could take the lens back to shop for
repair if nobody else had the vignetting problem. Goodness, I paid a lot for
this lens, I thought I could expect Quality.

Thank you in advance,

Maciek
