I'm jazzed!>> Nice one Kim, enjoy your new camera and may you have good light for your images. My Christmas experience was: Santa left a Canon EOS 300 under the Christmas tree for my Wilma. Now Wilma is a grown woman but she is like a kid with a new toy!! She is sooooo delighted with the gift and wants to learn everything about her new toy as soon as possible. I cannot get any peace for the questions she has; 'What's the green square for?, AV?, TV? How does the flash come up?, Do all your lenses fit my camera?, Can I borrow that one?, Do you have any spare film?, I've never seen that camera before, is it a new one (EOS 30, ooops)?' Anyway I have told her most of her initial problems could be answered with the addition of a 100mm f2.8 USM Macro lens as she will be able to get real close and.......... ;o) OK everyone who over-indulged at Christmas, out into the countryside and take some pics and get that extra weight off (I can't go, I'm working). OFF-TOPIC Part: Does anyone on the list fancy a visit to Scotland? Highland Odyssey - 2001? October, again? Let me know and I will decide whether it will be worthwhile to repeat last year's adventure.
