I don't know the exact answer but I've had no problems with my 550ex in
light-ish rain and snow. Of course, I've tried to cover it when possible. I
was more worried about the large battery on my side and the 'place where
you stick the flash unit' on the other dcs-520 from getting wet. I wonder
if anyone makes 'blanks' to put on the top when you don't have a flash with
it.
