Santa brought me a 1V for christmas and after playing with it for awhile
I was hoping that you EOS gurus ;) could enlighten me regarding a few
questions.
1) Their is apparently a P.Fn (26-1?) that decreases the lag time for
the shutter release.
Is this true? If so how much? Are there any side affects? ( I've
heard that, for
example, if you increase the focus time the focus is likely to not
be as accurate. Is
there an equivalent compromise for shutter lag.)
2) Why don't the AF points flash when in AI Servo? Conservation?
Impractical?
3) Is there a Hove/Lantern book out yet?
4) I've heard rumors of a 1V mailing list, can anyone point me to that?
Over all this is one heck of a camera! Much better than my Élan IIe.
I don't know if I can handle such a wonderfully professional camera ...
