I just sold my 24-85, because I didn't really have a place for it anymore
with the 20-35 and 28-135. It was a great lens, full-time manual, ring USM,
funky 67mm filter (a good match for the 70-200 f/4L, I guess). I also owned
the older Tokina 20-35 (first version) and it was a great lens, too, but two
things bother me with your choices:
1. I've heard very poor build quality comments on the
Tokina/Vivitar/Phoenix/Cosina 19-35mm lenses (optics are ok)
2. 19-35 and 24-85 are not that similar. I think you need something to
supplement the 50 AND an ultra wide as well.
That said, I think you should try to move towards a 20-35 AND and something
longer, like the 24-85 or 28-135. If I had neither, I would get the 20-35
first given the two good lenses already in your bag.
