The 14mm is rectilinear--it correct for straight lines.  This makes it much
more expensive to design and make.   More importantly, you will get very
different pictures with each lens.  Curvy, distorted semi-fish eye (full
frame fish eye) with the 15mm, but straight lines with the 14mm.  Both can
be useful if used correctly.
