EOS OT - Filter question

[Kotsinadelis, Peter (Peter)]

Anyone hear of Crystal Optics brand filters?  I know they are made in Japan,
so they probably use Hoya glass but I checked with Hoya and they have no
idea of the name/filter.  Anyone hear of them before?
