Hi Ken -
My experience with them - lack of confirmation - was similar, but from
previous knowledge about them, and based upon communications in this
list, is that they're a fine outfit.
They'll be sending you the current and a back issue in a wonderfully
nice package. It may have taken 3 or 4 weeks. Just wait for a nice surprise.
