I own the above camera and have been looking for some time a little longer
lens for it.
I seen a reasonable priced used Sigma AF APO 70-210 f2.8 lens but I would
like to know
if this lens works ok with EOS 300 ? I have heard some "rumors" that some
Sigma lens models don't
like to cooperate with newer canon bodies so better be safe than sorry.
So if someone has this lens and/or experience of its functioning on the
above body any info would be greatly
appreciated. Also while I am at it, how is the speed of this lens. I have
Canon ef 50 1,8 and ef 28-105 USM II so speed wise would it be closer to the
50 or the 28-105?

Mikael
