Yes. Including the flexible printed board 
contacting to the mount and diaphragm.

It doesn't help any if it is just mounted into 
fragile plastic mounts. Metal mounts are more 
resistant against wearing off, I have seen some
lenses that did show significant wearing. 

I had a 28-80 mm III for a short time (sold it because it
is slow, shows distortion and is overall very flimsy)
That did show wearing as well.
