This will take an EOS 50e with an EF 70-200/2.8L and
hood (reversed on the lens!). There are a couple of small
pockets on the front were one can get film etc (and a 50/1.4
but its a tight squeeze with that). I do not know how the
70-200 compares with the 100-400 but they're similar
in size!
