I have been unsuccessful in trying to mount a Canon 540 or 550
flash onto a Wein hot-shoe slave unit.
It appears that either the Canon flashes are to "thick" or the
Wein device doesn't have sufficient clearance to allow the
Canon flash to be mounted.
Also, I would like to use a 550 and an IR transmitter at the
same time. Alas, my extended show cord doesn't have a second
hot-shoe mount.
Any ideas?
