No the 1n was replaced by the 1v. You can probably still find new 1n's, but they
arent a current model. The question of is a used body bad to get into depends on the
body you are looking at, how it was used etc. The EOS 3 has faster AF operation,
faster transport time (upto 7fps), better flash (ETTL not ATTL), the layout is a bit
better than the 1n, but thats a personal experiance. The EOS 3 falls short of the 1v
in film adavence (the 1v can do 10fps). The 1v has better weather sealing (the 3 and
the 1n are the same in weather sealing). The 1v has a 100% viewfinder compared to 97%
on the EOS 3. To me the 1v is overkill unless you shoot sports with huge
telephotos (the newer lenses are sealed against the 1v body), or you need 10fps. I
looked at the 1v, but couldn't justify the price, which is about twice the price of
the
EOS 3. I think B&H has the EOS 3 w/PB-E2 for $1200 (give or take $50), while the 1vHS
is just over $2000
