I have a "D" sceen in my EOS-1N and a "H" screen in my EOS 3.  Both are
useful for keeping the horizon level; the "D" screen more so.  I can see
how the "H" screen might be useful for macro, that's why I put that one
in my "3".  IMHO, both the "D" and "H" screens are superior to the stock
screen; neither hampers ECF.
