Arthur Morris states that the new Canon teleconverters can now be stacked
without the use of an intervening extension tube. Though not recommended by
Canon, does anyone know if the new 2x converter can now be used with the
Canon 100mm f2.8 mm USM macro without needing the extension tube ?
