These are the ones I use frequently. Knips is the most professional
with the widest range of lenses and cameras (even 400 & 500mm lenses).
They have the best prices for films, too. Orator is also very good
and has many different films, Sobotka usually has less stock but good
prices and a very friendly staff. Orator has a good second-hand shop
(around the corner of the main shop), with manual focus equipment
mainly. A complete list of their stock is on their webpage. "In Focus"
is a shop I know little of, except that they look rather professional.
If you look for lens and body rental shops both Knips and Orator offer
this service. Sobotka also has a second hand shop, next to its
main shop.

It is in German but should be no problem for you because you only have
to enter the street in the first and the number in the second place
(after the "/"). The rest of the page lets you decide for different
resolutions - numbers, no German needed :-)
Most Austrians speak English (especially in shops) so there
should be no problem for you if you don't speak German.
