Yes, I use it with a Meyer Goerlitz Orestegor 4/300mm
for M42 and a Beroflex 8/500 for T2 mount.

The usual abberations in metering that you have with
modern laserstyle ground glass screens and long lenses:
You might need to calibrate metering to your needs,
possibly add up to a full stop to what the meter reads,
maybe more with selective metering.
