Depends on what you mean by <heavy duty>. If you want faster recycle or more shots per battery set, the 550 is very full featured and can be combined with a Quantum battery. If you want more power per flash (higher guide number) you may have to look at a Sunpak or Metz or Quantum handle-mount model.
