If Canon UK is not able to help, then you might be able to
get one from Robert Scott at EOS Magazine.

One day, eosdoc will get around to the EOS 600 and 620. Of course, if you
can get Canon UK to give written permission for eosdoc to serve up EOS
manuals on the internet, I can have a scanned EOS 600 manual on the eosdoc
website by the next day :-)
