Thanks for the information. I've noticed that photodo indicates an
effective focal length of 29 - 67mm for the 28-70/2.8L zoom. Chasseur
d'images indicated a 30,4-71,6mm effective focal length for the same
zoom in a test a few years ago (n� 180 of 1996 for those who have the
magazine). Is this a result of different testing methods or does
effective focal length vary from one specimen to another? Differences
appear to be quite big.
