 I'm sorry, but this looks as if you were trying to compare a BMW, AUDI and 
Porsche to a Chevy. While some Chevys are not too bad, they can't even be in 
the same league with BMW, AUDI and Porsche.
 So, I'd compare that Tamron with Canon 75-300 USM and maybe IS version, 
Canon 100-300 USM instead.
