The current edition of the UK magazine Amateur Photographer is advertising 'The AP/Canon Photographic Imaging Day'. The first paragraph of the article goes as follows: 'Ever wondered what the world looks like through a 600mm f2.8 lens? Or dreamed of how it feels when the Canon EOS 1-V is switched to full auto and tracks a bird in flight, firing at 10fps? Do you want to see if the new eye-control in the EOS 30 and EOS D30 camera suits you? Well there is a way to find out.' 600mm f2.8? Eye-control on the D30? Am I missing something here or is this info on Daniel's site? FYI - The day is on Saturday July 21 at Weston Park, Shropshire and there are 500 tickets available. If any of our US members wish to go, there will be a re-enactment of the Battle of Second Manassas for your entertainment.
