I am familier with the flash use with the Nikon F100 when that the flash is
mouonted the body will report a shutter speed of 1/60 in A mode ( AV with
Canon). From what I have been reading the 3 will compute the shutter speed
for ambient light and report that proper shutter speed so more likely you
need a tripod when using flash. Is this true with Canon? So you have to
adjust the shutter or apeture to what length lens you are using while using
flash mode?
