I have the same problem - I thought it was a problem with my domain. I have mailed WJM
and he responded:
"Hmm....seems something got stuck with Majordomo after my mailserver
was upgraded....Majordomo was also upgraded from 1.94.4 to 1.94.5 at
the same time, even when I had not asked for that in the first
place....it's 2.0 I want....
