I believe the IS lenses have more glass then the non-IS lenses.
Nevertheless, in most cases they probably still move the same amount of
glass as the IS-group is fixed. So in that regard there is probably no
difference in AF speed. But also remember that the motor, algorithm
that the camera uses, etc have an influence on AF speed.
