True...but I am not sure that I can hand hold with the 100mm Macro while I am 
rocking back and forth for focus at 1/60 and get a sharp shot.  Maybe my best 
bet would be to try Provia and f11 at 1/125, which would give me a total of 3 
more stops of light compared with Velvia at f22 at 1/125 and see what the 
background looks like.
