They're not customer returns in the main, although I suppose if
Canon USA gets their hands on one that was 100% fine and they did a CLA on
it they'd throw it in. I DO NOT want anyone getting the misapprehension
that these were clunkers or lemons which Canon & the retailer are
conspiring to fob off on the unsuspecting.
They are 100% clean and in as-new condition.

I know, and it is not. We actually have 10-rated items which have
never been sold and are not refurbished and are actually new, but cannot be
sold as such for contractual reasons.
