They are pretty rare since they're no longer manufactured (I have one :)
As a maximum bid, price up how much a M42 screw Adaptall-2 mount in
combination with an EF->M42 adaptor. This will achieve the same job, albeit
in not so elegant a form. M42 adaptall-2 adaptors are usually fairly
cheap...
As a further data point, a UK shop has one on it's second-hand list
for 39ukp ($55).
